Security is ensured through
controlled, recorded entry and exit, with prohibition of
carrying data storage devices inside premises.

Recovery software used is
“R-Studio”. An alternative backup system is also provided
which serves as a remote data storage area.

Apart from the above, a backup
procedure also exists by backing up the data in CDs.

For Disaster Management RAID1
Server is being used so that data are automatically saved
in the HDD 2 because of hot swap & mirroring. If one
HDD fails then the second one will take care of the data.

Although our premises are backed up with generators,
Power Backup is also provided through UPS Units. The local
authorities guarantee minimum power shutdowns for BPO Units
such as ours.
