The Process
v
S & B Enterprise International, LLP located in 190 North
Main Street, Natick, MA (a suburb of Boston, a 15 minute drive to Boston
Logan International Airport) will be procuring patients via personal
contacts of Dr. Chakraborty in USA, UK & Canada, as well
as use all marketing techniques.
v
All prospective patients will be calling our inbound call
center operators in Kolkata who are well versed with medical
conversation. A detailed history from the patient and all relevant test
data pertaining to the specific procedure or treatment will be obtained
from the respective family physicians in USA, Canada and UK.

The prospective patients will be asked about their choice
of hospitals in India and their choice of physician/surgeon in that
particular hospital. All effort will be made to comply to patient’s
wishes all the time. A telephonic consultation between the patient and
the physician/surgeon in India will be facilitated.

Travel arrangements will be made for the patients from our
offices in US, UK and Canada. S & B Enterprise International, if
necessary, will also facilitate visa application. This will be
coordinated with our offices in Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Travel insurance policy will also be offered to prospective patients.

Upon arrival in India, S & B Enterprise in India will
provide concierge service at the airport and full hospitality services
in contracted guesthouses and hotels at specific cities where the
procedures are scheduled. Patients will be given the option of
sightseeing prior to the start of their treatment or procedure.
Sightseeing arrangements will be made by S & B Enterprise.

After the treatment and rehabilitation (if needed), and if
cleared by the physician/surgeon in India to travel,
patients will be
given the option to either return to their country of origin or remain
in India for some time for sightseeing.

Once patients return to USA, UK or Canada, their family
physicians will be contacted over the telephone to inform in detail the
nature and outcome of the treatment or procedure in India. All necessary
documents such as the discharge summary, the latest laboratory data, the
operative procedure note will be sent to the family physicians.

The patients will be contacted by S & B Enterprise
International to complete a survey form wherein they will be requested
to grade their experience and give us their views about how we could
improve their experience in the future.
